crystal scrolls

I don't like the fact that on a low rate server you give out scrolls from an event that do max enchant with a 100% chance of success...it's ridiculous. some for various reasons couldn't participate in the event and don't have a chance to use such facilities. Or how players who have dedicated their time to max enchant their eq feel now, and a new player does it in a few seconds...
