Scryde X50 decrease landrate of bleeds and poisons

@Wise at this point it seems like you are making fun of us.

I play in oly with smart cubic/full rbs and every poison/bleed from mm/sorc lands 100%. Even with cubic I stay 5 minutes in poisons bleeds and other debuffs and losing like 500hp/second without even getting dmg from enemy.

Bleed/poison are not debuff that are supposed to land 100%

I am so tired of playing all the time with more buffs than debuffs no matter what class I play...

I agree. Bleed Poison 100% land rate and kill everyone without touch him. This server is broken balance. Wise when will you nerf these? You nerfed everything in server except bleed and poison.
