L2Luncher blocked by ISP

Hi one of the largest internet service provider in poland start blocking site "selcdn.ru" where L2 Luncher is connecting to get updates. So i cant update my game to be able to log in. Is there is any VPN server that i could use and application ? or you know any resolution for this issue ?

Even when i install VPNs like Hidemy, nordVPN I can run application but still UPDATER doesn't work got issue:
"incorrect input string format"
