Phoenix Knight - bugs

Hi, i experience a few bugs with phoenix knigh.
Bugs:
Skill Sentinell is no longer available after migration from Scryde X to Scryde 2x
Enchanted skill Vengeance +3 "Decrease penalty" doesnt work (i cant move)

Could you repair this bug?
