Since Hawkeye's skill - "Hawk Eye" is buffed(does not decrease 10% p.def), I suggest to give other archers something as well.
For example skill - "Quiver of Holding" is Hawkeye's specific skill which won't make any disbalance(it just increases weight limit).
These are the CON stats for 85lvl archers, from Human to Kamael: 43->36->32->30. >> More CON, more weight limit <<
Human has great CON + this skill. Considering all archers want to use -CON dyes outside olympiad, this could be a nice bonus.
