The cast of Talismans can be interrupted at any time during cast? (interrupted by skills not ESC)

What does it mean?
Talisman can be blocked/interrupted only in the first 0.5 sec of the cast or what?

99% of talisman casted and then cast interrupted by a skill.

I mean that talismans have never been interrupted so many times before.
Talismans are NOT supposed to be interrupted 50% of times.
Watch 200 videos from Official RU and you will never see talismans blocked by hits.
