Scryde x1000 transfer skill from pk-evas templar

so you are telling me that evas templar has 10% to transfer a debuf back ? and phoenix knight 30%? why the fuck do i get 60%+ back every single match, temper disarm stun on me ,on the oly fixes you say nothing about oly balance . will there be any? just played vs e.t and got 3/5 disarms back 2/3 tempers back and 1/1 stun, that doesnt seem 10% broskis

does my equipment , dyes , combat contidition or level of play have anything to do with the fact that i am getting 60% + debufs from pk back? pk has psysical mirror skill and e.t has magical mirror one is 30% and other one is 10% to reflect physical debuf(disarm,temper).i repeat, i got 3/5 disarms back 2/3 tempers and 1/1 stun from evas templar '10%' reflect

also evasion formula, i am getting 9/10 hits on 190 evasion.I played on retail for months and thats nothing like retail
