То что показано мной – PTS скрипты, проще говоря, официальная информация от разработчиков игры. На основе параметра abnormal_type все эффекты в игре заменяют друг друга. У Ваших навыков этот параметр совпадает, поэтому и происходит замена. Правда, у них разные уровни. У лука 3-й, а у фризы 2-й.
