Client errors and their solutions

client_err_en.pngScryde.net - a world of grand battles and epic adventures. But, as with any other game, sometimes unexpected technical "surprises" may arise at the most inopportune moments. Even the bravest of heroes sometimes face challenges that can throw them off track.

To resolve the following errors:
  1. Assertion failed: SUCCEEDED( hr ) [File:.\XML\XMLDocument.cpp] [Line: 155] - Please, try to install the file from the link and then re-enter the game: https://scryde.link/xml

  2. Failed to find object'Class D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice' - Please, try to turn off programs like Discord/Mumble and then re-enter the game.

  3. Failed to find object 'Class.NWindow.ConsoleWnd' - Please, try adding the game folder to the antivirus and Windows Defender exclusion list, then perform a client check.

  4. Insufficient Memory. Please check the Virtual Memory Option and available hard drive space. - The game process lacks RAM. Please, try using the paging file according to the instructions: https://scryde.link/windows-files

  5. Texture Azit_A_t. Shine Agt_B_make000: Serial size mismatch: Got 90, Expected 44160 - Please, try to install a clean client from our website: https://scryde.io/#download

  6. ReadFile beyond EOF 2336210- 1/2336210 - Please, try to delete crest.utx from SysTextures.

  7. Resource alloc failed!! (Reason =8007000E) - The game cache gets filled. To resolve this, perform a "relog" every 30-40 minutes and also lower the graphics quality in the game settings.

  8. There's a possibility that a system file got damaged - Please, try downloading a clean client from our website: https://scryde.io/#download

  9. Model 26_22. Model29: Serial size mismatch: Got 1374715, Expected 1374729 - Please, try downloading a clean client from our website: https://scryde.io/#download

  10. General protection fault!
    10.1. History:XMLDataManager..... - Please, try to delete the Scryde folder, launch the launcher, and perform a full check.
    10.2. History: GFxUIManager: InitGFxVideo <- GFxUIManager.:Init - Most likely, your OS lacks essential components. Unfortunately, only a full OS reinstallation might help.
    10.3. History: UMeshComponent: Get Material <- UMeshComponent - Please, try downloading a clean client from our website: https://scryde.io/#download
    10.4. History: CheckTag <- ULinkerLoad::Load <- ULinkerLoad::ULinkerload - Please, try deleting "FMagicSimulation.uix" in the "Animations" folder.
    10.5. History: UD3DRenderDevice::SetRes <- HandleBigChange <- UD3DRenderDevice: Lock - Please, try to turn off programs like Discord/Mumble and re-enter the game. If the first solution doesn't help, install these two files in the Scryde folder:
