Certificate passive skills (Haste, Barrier, Spirit) Works on subclass ?

Ive seen Light Elf Character in Phoenix Knight Subclass using Certificate skills... Im so confused? How is this possible ?

Yes, it is possible, since this is a Skryde and there is a custom build of the client. And a lot of new things have been added to it, besides using sub skills on subs.
