Equip rings problem

Why equiping rings is random af right now?

I was used to just change between the ring that is upper in list.

Like when I have x2 Vorpal I would use Vesper for stun resist and then back Vorpal. Problem is now that when I put back Vorpal, it removes the other Vorpal, not Vesper.

Ok, so if I wait few seconds, I can still use the same slot to put it back after I don't need stun resist anymore.
