Today, when I logged into the game, I wanted to see the mob drop/stats etc. I know that this can be done by holding the shift button, but it doesn't work. Has anyone had this problem before?

have the same issue and i think its related to build/file version of the game so we cant do anything with it

its must work, i can shift mobs on x2 server, try to del system folder and update clients

It is working, check if your game is fully updated !

From the top of the client (before you start the game), you can do a repair. It should help

If game is fully updated, but mob stats are still hidden, you can make interface reset: Menu - Settings - Audio/System - press Reset button under "Interface" title, after this action all game windows will be placed on it's default places.
