• You have to log in your Personal Account and select the character that is not displayed with the prefix 106- to x50 and transfer it for free to another account

The character will be transferred within a couple of minutes (not instantly).

We will remove the block after contacting support if it meets the following conditions:

• you have been blocked until December 1, 2021 (inclusive);
• the amount of the penalty is less than or equal to 500 Gold Coins;
• we reserve the right to refuse a free unblock without giving a reason.

If the amount of the penalty for unlocking exceeds 500 Gold Coins, you can be unblocked at a 50% discount. We reserve the right to refuse to lower the penalty amount without giving a reason.
