The server lately is receiving ping, lag or internet problems.
I have a good connection, I already tried a VPN but it doesn't change much. I'm playing the x100 server and I get 300 to 350 ping from the same server.
I have already sent emails to support for help, but the only thing they told me is to improve with the VPN issue.
I will wait for a response from a game administrator
