Turn undead

Hello, i wonder which enchanting option gives better chance of giving lethal with this skill. Every server has its own different enchant system for skills, retail like it should be when enchanting power but i have +10 turn undead and land rate of this skill is like 1/15 in server when every rouge/warrior class has milions of damage I have to waste a lot of money for spirit ore, and 5 minutes for killing one monster.. So please tell me if u know how i can increase my chance
