Scryde X50 Buff Cancel / Buff Steal / Trans Celestial

I propose to increase the cast time of steal and cancel to 4 seconds at least or maybe 5 seconds so that people have time to add buffs and protect Max Clarity which is stolen or canceled in the 99% of cases.

I also propose to add a static cast to Celestial skill transfer.
Since we understood that whole scryde team loves Burners and will never make celestial-self-target-only at least put a static casting time which can be 0.5s or 1s which SHOULD maybe give a little chance to people to cancel it before Life Force.
